    Signal Peak -

Requirements: To participate in TTORA runs to Signal Peak you must have 4WD.

Directions: There are two different ways to get to the top of Signal Peak. The easy way, and the hard way. For the easy way, take the Cisco Grove exit from highway 80 and go north over the freeway. Turn left on the frontage road and make the first right just before the campground. This trail leads to Fordyce Reservoir. At about 7 miles from the pavement, look for a trail on the left. This trail leads up to the top where the radio towers and old signal house are.

There's enough room on top to park a few rigs. You can drive down the ridge to the signal house, although many choose to walk.
The trail out to the edge is very narrow, use caution.
You can check out the remains of the old signal house.
As with most Sierra mountain tops, the view from Signal Peak is incredible.
