There are several visible side trails, although finding the main trail
is not a problem.
|
There are several spots on the trail to admire the view of Lake Tahoe.
|
About 3.5 miles into the trail you will come to a fork. Road 14N33 forms the west
part of the loop, and 14N32 forms the east. Just past the fork on 14N32 is the spur
trail that leads up to the top of Genoa Peak.

A quick hike up to the radio tower site will give you some nice views of the
Carson Valley.
|
Most of the trail is an easy 2WD cruise, althoug the climb up to the radio towers
may be somewhat of a challenge for 2WD vehicles depending on the road conditions.
