The Corral Hollow Trail is an easy scenic drive with some great views.

Requirements: Most of the trail can be done in 2wd, but there are a few obstacles that require 4wd.

Directions: Take forest road 7N09 from highway 4. 7N09 is approximately 37 miles west of the highway 4/highway 89 intersection, and about 18 miles east of Arnold. Take 7N09 a short distance and turn right on forest road 7N11.

Gas Up: If heading up highway 4, get gas in Arnold. If coming from 89, get gas in South Lake Tahoe.

The trail winds through some high meadows as it climbs toward the ridge.
You can catch a view of some of the many lakes in the area.
From the ridge you can see the Mokolumne Wilderness.
Heading out the east end of the trail there are a few obstacles to navigate, but this trail is well suited to stock trucks.
