The Northern California Chapter of Tacoma Territory is proud to host the 2004 national event! Our staff is dedicated to making this a memorable experience for everyone. The trip will be July 16-18. Watch this page and the national board for important updates that will popup about this event in the year to come.

Tahoe offers some of the best scenery and recreation in California, and the west coast! Within a short drive of the lake you will find many four-wheel drive trails ranging from easy scenic tours, to sheetmetal mashing rock gardens. Please explore the trail reports and picture pages to decide which runs will be best for you. All of the trails are rated on the 1-10 scale. Please see the trail rating page for more information.

Most of the four-wheeling events will be held on Friday and Saturday. Consider arriving early and treating your family to a Tahoe vacation!

Every year a few of the NorCal members get together and run the world famous Rubicon trail. Our 2004 Rubicon trip will take place just before the takeover. For those of you who want a taste of the Rubicon, but cannot arrive early, we will have a one day trip from Tahoe to Rubicon Springs and back.

Currently this takeover website is not 100% ready. We haven't scouted all of the trails for the event just yet. As we scout the trails we will add them to the site. When all of the trails have been added we will email all of the registered users, as well as post to the message board, that it is officially time to pick the trails you want to run. In the mean time, check out the trails we -do- have scouted and get excited!
